It's NOT the Camera, It's YOU!

Most people are made to believe that merely having a top-of-the-line, advanced, sophisticated, feature-rich camera would create appealing photographs.  Surely, these types of camera would help, but only if the user knows and understands the basic principles of digital photography.  I have seen many impressive pictures that
were taken using a simple P&S (point and shoot) cameras, while I have also seen many mediocre photos shot from expensive digital SLR (Single-Lense Reflex) cameras.

If you are a new photographer or is about to plunge into the photography world or wanting to improve the quality of your photographs, I would suggest that you start with the fundamentals.  This blog site is being constructed to guide you in creating captivating photographs with your camera (may it be a P&S or a digital SLR), and in understanding the many seemingly complicated jargons and concepts in digital photography.

In my next post, I will start by demystifying some photography jargons.
